Oaklands Avenue
The main car park is on Oaklands Avenue (postcode TA20 1HU) and it is open all day and night.
To get there from the A30 towards Crewkerne, turn left onto Oaklands Avenue into the new houses, then turn left again at the end of the road.
You will see a brown and yellow sign for the car park entrance.
Anglers car park
The second car park, called the Anglers car park, is on Chaffcombe Road (postcode TA20 1RR) and is open from 8am to 5pm. This one is mainly for people fishing.
To get there, from the A358 into Chard, turn left onto Chaffcombe Road and follow it as it becomes Chaffcombe Lane. Go past Sunshine Mill House, and the reservoir will be on your right. The car park is a bit further along, also on the right.
If your car gets stuck in the car park, there is a phone number on the gate you can call for help. The car park might be closed at other times too if there is a fishing competition. Please check the Chard Angling Club website before you visit to see if there are any competitions.
