About the Friends of Ham Hill

The Friends of Ham Hill are a charity that helps with community and nature projects. They raise money and support the rangers to make these projects happen.

Some past projects include:

  • The Wildwood Play Zone
  • Planting trees
  • The Roman Treasure Trail leaflet
  • The Geology Trail
  • The Witcombe Stream Project

The group most recently funded a dragonfly pond in Witcombe valley in 2024, field margin improvements in 2025 and the new outdoor classroom known as The Hollow.
